All prices are in £ (pounds sterling) and € (Euros) per property for 2025 for 7 nights. Payment may be made in £ or Euros, to UK or Spanish account.

Rental information

  • Rentals include linen, towels (not beach or pool), point of contact, meet and greet, hot and cold air conditioning. (Utility bills extra on long stay.)
  • On stays over 12 days there will be a linen change (does not apply to long stays, available at extra charge).
  • Cot and highchair hire available

Booking details

For bookings within 10 weeks of rental period, full payment is required. Otherwise 25% deposit and the remainder 10 weeks before rental period.

A £250 (pounds sterling) or €300 security deposit is required. This will be returned by bank transfer once our local agent has completed their check of the Villa or Casa.
